Qualifications
Must have a thorough understanding of the injection molding process and scientific molding principles.
2 years of molding set up and/or processing experience is preferred.
Must have above average communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
Prioritize and set up injection molding machines according to schedule.
Provide troubleshooting expertise to resolve injection molding process problems.
Optimize process parameters including automation settings.
Liaise between Production and Process Engineering.
Maintain a clean manufacturing area following 5S standards.
Organize equipment and supply materials as needed.
