Responsibilities

• Machine & Mold Setup: Install molds, set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, time), and connect auxiliary equipment.
• Process Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitor runs, make real-time adjustments to maintain quality, and document changes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with machines, molds, materials, or processes to prevent defects.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects, ensuring they meet internal and external standards.
• Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance (cleaning, lubricating) and report needed repairs on molds and equipment.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to safety protocols (OSHA, Lockout/Tagout) and maintain a clean work area (5S).
