Injection Molding Set Up Technician/Assistant Supervisor 2nd & 3rd Shift

Starting Pay: $22.00 and up depending on experience

Shift Hours: 2nd Shift: 2:45PM to 11:15PM; 3rd Shift: 10:45PM to 7:15AM

We produce parts for food packaging, medical devices, and personal care products. Our operations are 24/7, and schedules may include weekdays and weekends, but not every weekend.

Job Overview

The Set Up Technician will learn and operate injection molding machines and related equipment, including troubleshooting, machine adjustments, and quality inspections.

• Color changes
• Troubleshooting machines and auxiliary equipment
• Adjusting machine settings to correct defects
• Learning to run shifts independently
• Following safety policies and procedures
• Inspecting and packing products, assisting with breaks/lunches
• Understanding materials and maintaining a clean work area
• Performing additional duties as assigned
