Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company seeks a Production Lead to act as a lead for the Shift Supervisor and Manager. You will oversee injection molding machines, guide operators, and ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on the floor.

The role requires leadership experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, and strong problem-solving capabilities, with routine production reporting and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or its equivalent.
• Previous experience as a team leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Two years of injection molding experience preferred.
• Forklift driving test, and daily safe operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and move items up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee machine setups and changeovers to meet specs.
• Guide operators to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Perform operator duties when needed and assist troubleshooting.
• Prepare the floor for each shift with ready machines and materials.
• Lead safety and 5S initiatives for an efficient workspace.
• Complete production reports and maintain records.
