Job summary

HellermannTyton is hiring a Processing Technician II to support injection molding operations under the Lead Manufacturing Supervisor. You will start presses after mold changes, troubleshoot processing issues, monitor parameters, and ensure quality while aligning with engineering and EHS standards.

This role requires strong problem-solving, effective communication, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently or in a team in a temperature-controlled, growth‑oriented facility.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Advanced knowledge of injection molding principles; DOE/SPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve processing issues.
• Start up injection molding presses after changes or repairs.
• Monitor process parameters and keep alarms active.
• Submit first‑piece samples to Quality Lab.
• Enter downtime and scrap data in the system.
• Support continuous improvement and proper documentation.
