Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, tensiometer, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform process troubleshooting, mold and cell set-ups, and corrective/preventive tasks on injection/mold machinery and related equipment.
• Coordinate set-ups and maintenance activities, addressing downtime and processing issues on complex molds and machines.
• Collaborate closely with operators, technicians, supervisors, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
