• Develop technical problem solving skills among setup technicians and lead process development.
• Performs set-up of equipment.
• Monitors, audits and guides line operators.
• Prepares records/charts/graphs of results for engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
• Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
