Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve process and equipment issues.
• Quality control ability to inspect parts and maintain process documentation.
• Experience optimizing molding parameters and supporting new process setups.
• Preventive maintenance skills to identify wear and coordinate repairs.
• Training skills to onboard operators on procedures and safety.
• Experience with injection molding equipment and auxiliary systems is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and measurements.
• Detail-oriented with safety focus and teamwork in manufacturing.
