Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking a dedicated Process Technician to join our Monette, AR facility. You will monitor and control production processes, conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and help train staff on safety protocols.

The role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with flexibility for overtime as needed. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Five (5) years previous experience in a manufacturing or process technician role is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on equipment and products.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate records of production data and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in training new staff on process operations and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
