Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, process, and troubleshoot injection machines and molds.
• Prepare machine for mold changes and complete mold changes.
• Evaluate equipment condition and plan adjustments with Plastics Engineer.
• Provide input on molding processes to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
• Audit molding machines to confirm part quality and tolerances.
• Report mold repairs to Plastics Engineer and prepare molds for storage.
