Job summary

SURGE Staffing in Bryan, TX seeks an experienced Process Technician with hands-on injection molding experience to optimize production processes, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain consistent product quality and efficiency. You will set up and adjust machines, conduct trials, document settings and calibration, perform preventive maintenance, and support new product launches.

This role requires overnight shift flexibility and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with injection molding equipment and processes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and optimize injection molding equipment and process parameters.
• Troubleshoot equipment, quality, and production issues.
