Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop molds meeting specs.
- Conduct mold trials, samplings, and pilot runs to assess performance.
- Establish and document injection molding processes for new molds.
- Provide detailed feedback on tooling performance and process conditions.
- Evaluate labor requirements and recommend automation to cut costs.
- Maintain accurate machine specs and up-to-date molding files.
- Offer leadership and training on injection molding applications.
