ProStaffing is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a well-established plastics manufacturer seeking an experienced Injection Molding Process Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to lead process development, improve manufacturing performance, and support new product launches within a modern injection molding operation. The successful candidate will work closely with production, quality, tooling, and engineering teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Must have 5+ years of injection molding process engineering experience.

• Experience with process optimization and scientific molding principles.
• Knowledge of PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with SPC, process capability, and quality systems.
