Job summary

Westfall Technik is seeking an Injection Molding Machine Operator to inspect and handle molded plastic products in line with quality standards and customer requirements. You will perform quality checks, package and palletize goods, apply product IDs, and maintain production documentation in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a plastic manufacturing or injection molding environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, part diagrams, and safety signage.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with metric and standard measurements.
• Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of parts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Sort, trim, cut, and pack finished products according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Participate in rotation assignments between machines as directed.
• Document production data accurately using provided forms or systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Support training programs for new operators or cross-training activities.
• Follow established troubleshooting procedures and elevate issues when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production and quality objectives.
