Job summary

Westfall Technik Inc. in Union City, CA is seeking a Machine Operator to inspect and handle molded plastic parts, perform in-process quality checks and document production data.

You will rotate between machines, maintain clean work areas, follow GMPs, and support safety and quality programs to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in plastic manufacturing preferred; ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a plastic manufacturing or injection molding environment preferred.
• Basic reading comprehension of work instructions, part diagrams and safety signage.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of parts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Sort, trim, cut, and pack finished products according to work instructions and customer specifications.
• Document production data accurately using provided forms or systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
