Job summary

The Vollrath Company in Dane, Wisconsin seeks a production teammate for on-site hours Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with overtime available. You will operate molding equipment, assemble and package products to specification, and maintain production records and quality reports to ensure compliance.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate independence and teamwork, prefer experience with injection molding, and can read prints/work orders. A sign-on bonus is offered and safety PPE is provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience operating injection molding machines.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, work orders, and related documentation.
• Ability to work with a variety of tools and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding equipment and assembly processes to produce, assemble, and package products to specification.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality inspection reports, inspect parts and components for defects and compliance to quality standards, and promptly report quality issues to the appropriate team members.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees on equipment operation and standard work procedures as directed.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace in high-traffic areas to minimize trips, fall, and collision hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned in support of team, departmental, and organizational goals.
