Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to support injection molding operations. You will load/unload parts, assist with mold changes, monitor machines, and perform quality inspections to ensure product standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of machining experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a detail-focused teamwork mindset. The schedule is 1st shift with hourly pay of $20–$22, and full benefits including medical and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of machine operating experience; plastics experience is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of injection molding machines.
• Load and unload parts and assist with mold changes.
• Monitor machines and report malfunctions.
• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.
• Move finished products and grind scrap material for reuse.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Help keep the department clean, organized, and safe.
• Work closely with experienced operators and technicians.
