Rehrig Pacific is seeking an Injection Molding Operator for a C shift in Wisconsin. You will operate and monitor injection molding machines, perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework to ensure quality products.

You will also inspect items, move finished goods, complete paperwork, and maintain a clean work area while supporting a team-focused, safety-first culture. Opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Stack and move finished goods safely.
• Complete production paperwork and track scrap.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S).
• Communicate with team members and report any issues.
