The role involves operating molding machines, performing visual inspections, light assembly, packaging, and supporting safe, efficient production.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in manufacturing, can stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in injection molding or plastics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines under supervision following established procedures.
• Monitor production to ensure consistent production output.
• Notify supervisors of machine issues, quality concerns, or material shortages.
• Perform visual inspections of molded parts to identify defects.
• Separate non-conforming parts and follow quality control guidelines.
• Measure parts using standard measurements tools such as calipers or custom gauges.
• Perform light assembly work of molded components as required.
• Package finished parts accurately, including counting, labeling, and preparing for storage or shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE procedures.
• Complete basic production and inspection documentation.
