Vision Plastics, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators for the day shift in Wilsonville, Oregon. Join a clean facility with on‑the‑job training and a strong emphasis on punctuality, attendance, and teamwork.

You will operate injection molding equipment, follow POIs, monitor cycles, verify part quality, and handle finishing steps as required. This role requires reading, basic math, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must read, understand and verbally communicate work instructions.
• Must perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Must have basic reading, writing and communication skills.
• Must be able to manually cycle machine by opening and closing gate.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines to produce quality parts.
• Follow POI and verbal instructions and cycle times.
• Monitor machines, report malfunctions, and prevent damage to parts.
• Verify parts meet quality standards and document rejects in RT system.
• Perform finishing steps like trimming, sanding, or packaging per POI.
• Maintain accurate part counts and clean work area.
• Complete work orders and verify lot numbers on labels.
• Communicate with teammates about shift needs and issues.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are prepared for upcoming shifts.
• Suggest improvements to operator procedures.
