• At least one year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding presses and related equipment.
• Synchronize operations with downstream machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct visual, in-process, and final inspections of molded parts for contamination.
• Complete checklists and documentation accurately.
• Follow operator guides and work instructions with precision.
• Trim and package parts per detailed instructions, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians to address issues.
• Maintain records and documentation; participate in achieving department goals.
• Perform data entry and other computer-based administrative tasks as needed.
