Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is a US-based medical device manufacturer. Our Phillips, WI location is seeking Production Operators to support injection molded parts and assembly for pharmaceutical and diagnostic products.

You will operate and maintain injection molding presses, inspect parts, and document checks while collaborating with Mold Technicians to ensure quality. A minimum of one year in an industrial or manufacturing environment and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding presses.
• Inspect parts and complete checklists to ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Mold Technicians to address process variations.
• Document and communicate job status across shifts.
• Perform administrative tasks using a computer.
