Qualifications

• Must pass a national background check.
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding and related production machinery.
• Monitor machines during the production process.
• Inspect molded plastic automotive parts for defects and quality issues.
• Remove, trim, and prepare finished parts as required.
• Follow production specifications and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Meet production and quality standards.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.
