You will set up cells, manage cycle times, document output in the ERP system, and ensure on-time delivery. This position requires clear communication and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand GMP and follow work instructions.
• Fast-paced production environment experience.
• Basic communication and math skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow Molding Work Instructions (MWI).
• Set up work cells, operate molding equipment, and inspect parts.
• Maintain cycle times to meet production schedules and on-time delivery.
• Inspect finished products and verify specifications.
• Document production output and quality results in the ERP system.
• Follow packaging and labeling procedures per MWI.
• Adhere to safety, cleanliness, and company policies.
• Communicate job status across shifts; perform other duties as assigned.
