Job summary

Employbridge in Sparta, WI is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to program, operate and maintain a variety of molding equipment.

You will read drawings, measure parts for quality, understand material needs, and follow safety rules and housekeeping standards. Schedule is 6am–4pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Fridays as needed; punctuality and teamwork are essential. Located in a manufacturing environment, you must wear PPE and align with production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings and prints.
• Measure and assess product quality produced by molding equipment.
• Understand various raw material needs of the molding area.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping policies; wear PPE.
• Adhere to production schedule and report to work on time.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Job description

• Report to work on time as scheduled.
