Qualifications

3+ years of experience maintaining injection molding equipment in a manufacturing environment.
2-3 years’ experience as a maintenance, electronic, or robotics technician in a manufacturing environment. Plastic injection mold machine experience preferred.
Legal authorization to work in the US.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, robotics, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical systems, HVAC systems, and plumbing.
Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends if/when necessary for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, robots, and support equipment.
Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems to resolve issues quickly.
Perform mold setup, alignment, and calibration to support efficient production launches.
Maintain all machinery and building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and hydraulic components.
Schedule and execute periodic maintenance operations.
Order and manage spare parts inventory through procurement, ensuring adequate supply.
Maintain detailed maintenance logs.
Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance and support continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards to promote a safe work environment.
Demonstrate dependability, commitment, and a positive work attitude in all maintenance activities.
