Job summary

Randstad USA in Garland, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maximize uptime of injection molding equipment and supporting systems. You will diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and control systems, read schematics, and perform preventive maintenance to keep production flowing.

You’ll work first shift, 8 AM to 5 PM, with lifting up to 50 lbs, and must have 3–5+ years in an injection molding environment (Toshiba press experience a plus).

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in an injection molding maintenance role.
• Toshiba press experience is a plus.
• Associate degree/technical certification OR 1+ year of maintenance training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, air, water, and mechanical equipment quickly to minimize downtime.
• Read schematics, diagnose PLCs, safely work with 240V-480V circuits.
• Perform preventive maintenance and audits of safety devices.
• Support auxiliary plant equipment and maintain logs.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
