What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be key to ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency across our plant machinery and auxiliary support systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Emergency Repairs: Rapidly diagnose and repair complex hydraulic, pneumatic, air, water, and mechanical equipment failures to minimize production disruptions.
- Electrical & PLC Diagnostics: Read electrical schematics, interpret ladder logic, test PLC inputs/outputs, and safely troubleshoot 240V–480V circuits using voltmeters, voltage testers, and amp probes.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM): Conduct scheduled PMs, maintain hydraulic fluid reservoirs, replace equipment filters, grease machinery per specifications, and conduct regular audits of safety devices and guards.
- Auxiliary Equipment Support: Maintain and repair critical plant support machinery, including thermolators, resin dryers, vacuum loading systems, hot runner controllers, chillers, tower water pumps, and automated robotics.
- Work Orders & Equipment Logs: Read, conduct, and complete work orders in our system while maintaining daily forklift maintenance checklists.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in root-cause analysis and internal problem-solving initiatives to improve facility reliability.
