Qualifications

• Experience repairing injection molding or extruder machinery preferred.
• Industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Experience with vacuum systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding and extruder equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and industrial equipment.
• Assist with PLC troubleshooting and controls maintenance.
• Work with vacuum systems and related equipment.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Work safely at heights during maintenance.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams.
