Qualifications

• Knowledge of the injection molding process is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a team environment are required.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety policies and LOTO procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Records data, creates setup sheets, and maintains change logs.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S principles.
• Learns processing of different grades of plastics to produce quality parts.
• Assists with mold changes and sample creation for new molds and materials.
• Performs color changes and material changeovers.
• Performs first-piece inspections of finished parts after changes.
• Operates a forklift and/or overhead crane.
