Job summary

Novozen Healthcare LLC is seeking an entry-level Engineer to support injection mold tooling projects, from design through start-up, in our Arizona facility. You will work on tooling validation, troubleshooting, and process improvements while maintaining CAD models and documentation.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in engineering or equivalent, 0–3 years' experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and knowledge of GD&T. Cleanroom exposure and travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, or commensurate experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in an engineering capacity.
• Knowledge of injection mold tooling design, operation, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and creating/updating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings.
• Understanding of GD&T, technical drawings, and tooling validation documentation.
• Familiarity with injection molding automation, end-of-arm tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing aids.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support injection mold tooling projects from design to start-up.
• Assist with tooling and automated molding-system validation documentation.
• Troubleshoot molds and support process improvements.
• Create and update 3D CAD models and detailed 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Maintain tooling drawings, CAD files, bills of materials, and revisions.
• Apply GD&T and support quality investigations and CAPAs.
