Job Store Staffing in Longmont, CO is seeking an Injection Mold Technician for a direct-hire role. The position focuses on maintaining molds and fixtures, ensuring they are organized, fully functional, and ready for production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will minimize downtime by performing preventive maintenance, staging molds for production, and documenting all activity. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay starting at $25.00–$33/hr and benefits including

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance on molds per schedule.
• Complete minor repairs and improvements to molds and fixtures.
• Stage molds for production and sampling runs.
• Document all maintenance and repair activity accurately.
• Review and act on tool repair requests.
• Maintain mold tagging, identification, and organized storage.
• Track mold condition, location, and usage.
• Communicate mold readiness with production team.
• Support toolroom organization and cleanliness.
