Prysmian is seeking a Process Technician for injection molding to safely start up, shut down, and troubleshoot the molding process during production runs. You will set up machines, perform changeovers, and analyze data to support continuous improvement in production and purchasing.
Responsibilities include tooling changes, maintaining line readiness, reducing downtime with maintenance, and coordinating with shift leadership. 2 years of experience and a high school diploma are required.

Work includes the collection and analysis of production and quality data to perform problem solving and facilitate continuous improvement to production and purchasing.
The physical demands and working conditions requirements indicated below are examples of the demands that must be performed in carrying out the essential job functions.
Standing, sitting, walking, use of central and peripheral vision, and hearing (up to continuously); speaking/verbal communication, bend/stoop, twist neck and torso (frequently); reach, hold, grasp, push, pull, lift/carry raw material, finished product, tools and machinery up to 50 pounds (frequently).
Work indoors and outdoors; exposure to temperatures commensurate with outdoor seasonal temperatures.
