Downtown Boulder Partnership in Bartlett, IL is seeking an Injection Mold Operator to operate and maintain injection molding equipment, ensuring parts meet production goals. The role includes setup, troubleshooting, and documentation of operations.

Work schedule is Monday–Friday with overtime as needed; pay ranges from $20 to $24 per hour DOE. Apply safety practices and read blueprints to optimize molding processes.

Qualifications

Experience as a machine operator in injection molding.
Ability to read blueprints and adjust injection molding machines.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of molding equipment.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Operate injection molding machines to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
Perform machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting on molding equipment.
Ensure runs meet production goals and monitor performance.
Maintain and clean molds as part of daily duties.
Document all machine operation activity and use toolroom equipment for mold work.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines for tasks.
