Job summary

Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering, Inc. in Rochester Hills, MI, is seeking full-time Injection Mold Production Operators for our Tech Center. We offer a base wage of $17.00/hr with an 8% shift premium on 2nd shift, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Immediate openings on 1st shift and mid-October for 2nd shift. Candidates must be able to work a 40–48 hour week, overtime including weekends, read and follow work instructions, perform part inspections, trim or

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Quality inspection of parts.
• Physical work includes standing, lifting up to 25 lbs frequent and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection mold press.
• Read, understand, and follow all work instructions.
• Quality inspection of parts and, if needed, trimming or assembly.
• Complete required production paperwork and label parts for shipping.
• Meet or exceed production standards and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain attendance.
