Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an Injection Molding Technician to own mold changes, startup, and mid-run troubleshooting. You will execute mold hangs and complete press setups to launch production runs, while dialing in settings and addressing issues per documented work instructions.

The role requires 5+ years of injection molding experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to lift 60+ lbs. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfort with basic math.
• Clear English communication; bilingual ability is a plus.

• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute mold hangs and complete press setups to launch production runs.
• Start jobs, dial in settings, and resolve in-run issues per work instructions.
• Manage mold/tooling inventory: track, organize, and maintain readiness.
• Perform press teardown and follow the mold pull procedure without deviations.
• Record downtime codes and tooling setup details in the ERP system.
• Monitor press performance and escalate problems to the supervisor as needed.
