Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Morgantown, KY is hiring a Production Associate to support injection molding, inspect parts for quality, and assemble products while maintaining a clean, safe workstation. This entry-level, full-time role offers weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path.

Shifts are 6:00am–2:30pm, 2:00pm–10:30pm, or 10:00pm–6:30am at $15/hour. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; forklift experience and safety training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection molding machines and inspect parts for quality issues.
• Assemble finished products and subassemblies to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation following quality and safety standards.
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place.
• Complete related tasks as needed.
