Details for Production Associate Position:

• $15 / Hour
• 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2pm – 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 10pm – 6:30am
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for Production Associate Position:

• Monitor injection molding machines and inspect parts for quality issues
• Assemble finished products and subassemblies to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation while following quality and safety standards
• Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for Production Associate Position:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial settings preferred
• Valid forklift training and authorization for equipment operated
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Experience handling raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods preferred
• Familiarity with inventory systems, barcode scanners, and production documentation preferred
• Attention to detail when verifying quantities and identifying materials
• Basic math, recordkeeping, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
