Your Role as a Caregiver:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers
2. Provide companionship and emotional support
3. Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and errands
4. Support mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan
5. Monitor and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing

What We’re Looking For:

1. CNA certification preferred (but not required) – Home Health Aides welcome!
2. High school diploma or GED
3. CPR Certification & Negative TB Test (We can assist with obtaining these)
4. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & auto insurance
5. Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
6. Physical ability to assist clients with mobility (lifting up to 50 lbs)
