Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the 24/7 operation of the Ingot casting facility.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and cost.
• Supervise production coordinators, supervisors, and hourly production.

Skills

Strong understanding of aluminum casting processes

Excellent problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

Experience with continuous improvement principles

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
