Ingenyx, a leading global provider of medical device development and production services, is seeking a Project Controller for IT/Finance in a high-growth carve-out environment. You will support ERP implementation, project accounting, and finance project management across multiple initiatives while ensuring GAAP compliance and robust financial reporting.

Responsibilities include vendor setup, IT spend and capital reporting, cash flow forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• GAAP knowledge; SAP/IFS experience; familiarity with consolidation tools.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills are expected.

• New vendor setup and invoice-level classification/GL recording.
• Monthly IT 3P Spend Reporting by category (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, MDM).
• Monthly IT Capital Project Accounting and Reporting (Project Evenstar IFS, UKG HR).
• Own planning/forecast for project cash flow spending.
• Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary

The Project Controller for Ingenyx I.T./Finance provides financial and analytical support for the ERP system implementation project accounting, system implementation support, and assigned finance project management in a high-growth carve-out environment.

Principal Responsibilities

• New vendor setup and invoice-level classification/GL recording
• Monthly IT 3P Spend Reporting, split into e.g. Technical Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Business Applications, Master Data Management
• Monthly IT Capital Project Accounting and Reporting - Project Evenstar IFS implementation & UKG HR system implementation, etc
• Own Planning/forecast for project cash flow spending
• Ad-hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or CMA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting and Financial analysis
• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and standards. (GAAP)
• SAP/IFS knowledge preferred; experience with a global financial consolidation and reporting tool.
• The incumbent must possess proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.).

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Experience working in a multi-plant, global manufacturing environment a plus
• Financial concepts of product costing and financial analysis of manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Other Details

This position requires direct contact with an implantable device.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: 5-10%

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $100,500- $165,800 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
