Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Servir de point d’entrée pour les demandes des clients et de l’équipe Front Office.
• Réaliser les investigations et le suivi des questions mécaniques et qualité en coordination avec l’Engineering/Quality.
• Rédiger des rapports complets sur les problèmes moteurs et les demandes client.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration produit et service en identifiant les besoins des opérateurs et intégrateurs.

The ASE will provide leadership, technical direction, and support to the airframer and customers, as well as to other CFM field personnel in the operation of assigned engines (LEAP-1B).

Main tasks include :

• Interface with all levels of customer and company organizations
• Provide on-site assessment of activities to anticipate issues
• Provide a comprehensive report of engine problems and customer requests
• Contribute to product and service improvement:
• Identify/capture perceptions and needs of operators and integrators in the field
• Propose corrective actions and improvement paths
• Identify the occurrence of major events
• Ensure effective communication within the front office

Essential Responsibilities :

• Act as the front office for all customer requests
• Support investigations (root cause analysis, troubleshooting, etc.) and closure of quality issues in coordination with the Back Office (Engineering, Quality)
• Record all necessary information in information systems
• Review, analyze, report, and make recommendations regarding reported engine malfunctions to ensure continuous reduction of disruptions for customers
