Job summary

VERGE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain our software. You will gather information to identify the company’s needs and program clean and efficient code to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and experience with relational databases and web frameworks. This is a temporarily remote position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate well as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of relational databases
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Experience with one or more web frameworks
