Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Sales Support Representative to serve on-site with our Infusion Therapies and Platforms teams.

You will train customers, coordinate Baxter teams, and support orders and events while building trusted relationships with clinicians and stakeholders. You will report to a Regional Manager and benefit from a comprehensive package including health care, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and ESPP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of experience in field sales/field sales support role in the medical device field.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong understanding of common computer software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, Tableau, and SalesForce CRM preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven success working within large multifaceted teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support to include various activities including but not limited to training, on site customers support, order/supply assistance, coordination of Baxter teams, general support of customer tradeshow as well as Pump Fairs.
• Assist with customer training needs.
• Support business presentations, QBRs, and customer/Baxter updates.
• Support team on marketing and any cross functional field sales support needs specific to Infusion Therapies and Technologies.
