Job summary

Duly Health and Care in Lisle, IL, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Infusion Services team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to patients receiving chemotherapy and other infusion therapies.

You will work with a skilled team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the infusion process, while maintaining meticulous documentation and coordinating care with physicians and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• ONNs Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days of starting.
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience; infusion/oncology preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active RN license (state-specific as applicable); ASN required.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, biologics, and other infusion therapies per protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and provide immediate interventions.
• Perform pre-infusion assessments including vital signs and education.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and care plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and referring providers for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care strategies.
• Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines to maintain a clean environment.
• Provide emotional support to patients throughout treatment journey.
• Schedule future treatments and coordinate referrals for seamless care.
