Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking an Education/Clinical Specialist to provide education and training to customers on its infusion therapy and related products.

The role collaborates with Sales Representatives to enhance the sales process and ensure optimal customer satisfaction through in-service programs and hands-on coaching. The ideal candidate has an RN license with 2+ years of bedside nursing experience, is willing to travel across the U.S., and can work a non-standard schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a bedside nurse required.
• Valid RN license.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance.
• Frequent travel across the U.S. required.
• Valid driver's license and passport required.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on use of BBM products and services.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives/CCS to advance the sales process and educate customers.
• Provide expertise on Infusion Therapy and Introcan Safety product lines.
• Serve as a product resource expert/mentor for others while in accounts.
• Lead in-services and educational sessions during evaluations and trouble-shooting.
