Job summary

Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ seeks a Per Diem Infusion Center Front Desk Associate to manage patient registrations and scheduling. You will assist in preparing infusion treatments and ensuring appointment readiness in a fast-paced clinical setting.

This role requires excellent communication, solid clerical skills, and knowledge of medical terminology. Day shifts from 8:00am to 4:00pm with competitive per diem pay and benefits in accordance with New Jersey law.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with patients and staff.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with medical software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviations required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all patient registrations and scheduling for the Infusion Center.
• Assist in acquisition and preparation of infusion treatment plans for appointments.
• Coordinate daily unit operations and perform front-office/reception tasks.
• Support department in ensuring smooth patient flow and accuracy of records.
