Job summary

Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years professional nursing experience.
• At least 1 year infusion experience in acute, outpatient, home, or physician office setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care including assessment, treatment, care planning, and evaluation.
• Administer medications via PO, IV, SC, IM as prescribed.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to manage patient care and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families about health status and disease management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
