Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking an RN Infusion to provide professional nursing care including assessments, treatment planning and coordination with physicians. The role requires medication administration via multiple routes and patient education.

Qualified applicants have a valid RN license, CPR certification, and at least 3 years of nursing experience with infusion exposure. BSN preferred and CRNI certification desired.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state and CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years professional nursing experience with at least 1 year infusion experience.
• BSN preferred; CRNI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Administer medications via PO, IV, SC, IM and monitor responses.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and staff; educate patients and families.
• Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
• Maintain inventory of medications and related supplies.
• Assist GI Alliance Research department as needed.
• Schedule follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
