Job summary

Optum is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver IV therapy at FlexCare Infusion Center in Gilbert, Chandler or Casa Grande, AZ. Salary is on-site with a schedule of at least eight hours a week or four 8-hour shifts per month, Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities include direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients, preparing sterile medications, monitoring reactions under NP supervision, documenting assessments, and supporting order entry and QA.

Qualifications

• ASN/BSN/MSN degree required.
• Active RN license in Arizona.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Additional licensure or ONS certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• 3+ years of infusion experience with solid IV skills.
• Flexibility for on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IV care for pediatric and adult patients.
• Prepare and administer sterile medications per protocol.
• Monitor and respond to infusion reactions under NP supervision.
• Document clinical assessments and communicate with providers.
• Support order entry, lab review, and protocol updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation and participate in quality assurance.
